(SYMS) and Filene’s Basement, LLC.
September 16, 2011	Borders to Sell Intellectual Property for $15.775 Million Following Successful Auction Conducted by Hilco Streambank
	Hilco Streambank, the intellectual property valuation and disposition arm of Hilco Trading, LLC, today said that the auction for the intellectual property of Borders, which was held on September 14, 2011, in New York City, resulted in the sale of various assets for $15,775,000. Multiple bidders, including Barnes & Noble and Berjaya Books, each acquired specific assets, which included a global portfolio of trademarks, the Borders, Waldenbooks and Brentano’s trade names, Internet domain names, and the Borders.com e-commerce website.

	Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Needham, MA, Streambank is an intellectual property consulting firm specializing in the valuation and marketing of intangible assets, including trade names and patents. The company is currently engaged to sell Borders Group intellectual property, including the Borders.com business, and it recently completed successful sales of IP for Anchor Blue, Circuit City Liquidating Trust, and Berkline Benchcraft.
August 18, 2011	Tavern on the Green Intellectual Property Rights To Be Sold At Auction; Stalking Horse Bidder Signed For $1.3 Million
	Jil Mazer-Marino, Chapter 7 Trustee of the bankruptcy estates of Tavern on the Green Limited Partnership and LeRoy Adventures, Inc., has entered into an agreement to sell the companies' intellectual property rights to Tavern International LLC for $1.3 Million. The sale is subject to competitive bidding in a Bankruptcy Court approved sale process. The Trustee filed a motion yesterday seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of Sale Procedures including an anticipated bid deadline and auction in mid-September. Streambank LLC has been engaged by the Trustee to conduct the sale.
August 10, 2011	Streambank, LLC to Manage Sale of Borders Group's Intellectual Property Assets
	The Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York today approved the retention of Streambank, LLC to market and sell the intellectual property assets of Borders Group, Inc., including its Borders®, Waldenbooks®, and Brentano's® trademarks and the Borders.com e-commerce business assets. The Bankruptcy Court has authorized a sale process for the intellectual property assets that requires bids for the assets by September 8, 2011 and an auction on September 14, 2011.

	Streambank, LLC announced that it has been engaged to sell the intellectual property assets of Berkline BenchCraft Holdings, LLC. Founded in 1928, the Berkline brand has a strong history of providing high quality recliners and home theatre seating at an affordable price. April 21, 2011	Streambank to Auction Ultimate Electronics Intangible Assets
	Streambank, LLC, the leader in providing intangible asset disposition services, will be conducting an auction of the Ultimate Electronics trademarks, domains, and related intellectual property on May 25th 2011 in New York. Ultimate Electronics Inc. has filed a motion with the Delaware Bankruptcy Court seeking approval of the sale of its intellectual property. The assets include the Ultimate Electronics trademarks, 11 related trademarks, 16 related domain names, and the company's social media sites and databases. The hearing to approve the sale is scheduled for May 26th, 2011.

	Streambank, LLC, the leader in providing intangible asset disposition services, will be conducting an auction of the Anchor Blue trademarks, domains, and related intellectual property on March 3rd 2011 in New York. Anchor Blue Inc. has filed a motion with the Delaware Bankruptcy Court seeking approval of the sale of its intellectual property. The assets include the Anchor Blue and Miller's Outpost trademarks and related domain names as well as private label fragrance brands and the company's social media sites and databases. The hearing to approve the sale is scheduled for March 7, 2011.
