About Jordon

Jordon Parker develops and executes intellectual property disposition and monetization processes for Hilco Streambank. He works closely with his clients to craft bespoke strategies at various stages of the business lifecycle. He draws on a deep understanding of the Bankruptcy Code, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, intellectual property law, investor relationship management, risk assessment, and asset monetization strategy to achieve his clients’ needs in often challenging circumstances. Jordon brings invaluable expertise in the execution of intangible asset sales across industries, in both domestic and cross-border contexts, and both in and out of the judicial bankruptcy process.

Jordon is a founding member and co-chair of the Hilco Global Pride Business Resource Group. He is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association’s NYC Chapter and is affiliated with other professional organizations such as workOUT, SFNet, the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, and OPEN Finance.

Prior to joining Hilco Streambank, Jordon served as corporate counsel to a leading New York-based financial technology company, where he spearheaded the company’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights initiatives.

Jordon received his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Denver and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he earned a concentration in intellectual property and served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law.

In his free time, Jordon enjoys traveling with his partner and his dog, skiing, golfing, cycling, and reading fantasy novels.
