Bluestem Brands retained Hilco Streambank to market and sell the intellectual property assets related to the LinenSource® brand, including the trademarks, domain names, and customer database.

LinenSource® is a leading catalog and e-commerce retailer with a well-trusted brand known for quality bedding selections, a curated assortment of rugs, curtain and decorative accessories, and a strong home décor product line. In fiscal year 2016, the company distributed 13.1 million catalogs to 2.6 million unique customers, leading to over $21.3 million in annual revenue.

Hilco Streambank Closed the Deals

Hilco Streambank developed a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase the brand assets and highlight the ways in which potential buyers could leverage LinenSource’s assets in their own platforms to generate additional revenue growth. Utilizing its vast network of buyers and investors, Hilco identified numerous potential buyers for the LinenSource assets, leading to the sale of the LinenSource intellectual property assets. Deal terms were not disclosed.
